The shortest flight seems to take ten hours from Vancouver, BC; so the one thing that might change my mind is that it gives me an excuse to ride the Canadian; and if the meeting isn’t in Tokyo, I could have some Shinkansen rides. We’ll see…
The meeting will definitely be in Tokyo.
The dates are known: March 18-23.
There’s also a two-day conference: March 25-26.
And there are two airports, Narita (NRT) and Haneda (HND).
